Its a nice hotel but it lacks some complementary offer like coffee in the morning. Very accessible and near to the airport and malls in the city. Staff are polite and helpful. Food at the restaurant are good and reasonable price. Limited parking space but safe.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. Hotel staff are all helpful and accommodating. The food they serve is great. But the room where i stayed on the 3rd flr is not ok🥴. I got disappointed bec they did not do anything to resolve my complain. The double lock on the door is defective. The drainage in the shower area is clogged.

When I came here in Jan 2019, I gave this place a great rating of 4/5 stars. It was a place that was simple yet had friendly, attentive staff. At that time, I stayed here for 10 days. Fast forward to Mar 2023 and things haven't been the same. It seems the rooms haven't been well maintained and it just didn't feel the same for me. I had a hard time staying here for more than 3 days but the food was reasonable, the location was central, and the staff were quite friendly. On the plus side, they have elevators now which they didn't have before! Overall, it's a solid, value-budget hotel. Just not what it used to be pre-pandemic.

The place didn't feel the same, and it was difficult for me to stay there for more than three days. Despite this, the food was satisfactory, the location was convenient, and the staff remained friendly. On the positive side, they have installed elevators, which was not available earlier. Overall, it is a good value-for-money hotel, but it is not the same as it used to be pre-pandemic.

The first night of 3 the room was very basic, no power outlet for charging, no kettle, no refrigerator. This room was OK but traffic noise is a problem. The tv was a nightmare, I never did manage to get sound on anything although You Tube was fine. The 2nd night I upgraded to a suite, at an extra cost, with a kettle and a refrigerator and I found that by moving the bedside table there was a power outlet tucked away at low level. The tv was good but no You Tube. Overall the hotel is OK, staff are fairly helpful and friendly but above the reception where I was you can hear the piano music all the time, also there is a music bar in the block which is quite noisy too. Despite lots of notices about noise other guests generally ignored them and called out to others and banged doors a lot. This is not helped by the long echoing corridors either. Not the fault of the hotel if people are ignorant of others though.

Clean rooms, but not soundproof, attentive and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast is single serve only. Limited parking space. Few hundred meters away from city center.

The place is beautiful and clean. They have a good food too and very kind and accomodating staff. Cost is reasonable and definitely will recommend the place to my friends.
